Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clone Operator ("the Service"), operated by Viral Wizard LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Clone Operator is an AI content production system that includes software tools, educational modules, community access, and optional done-for-you services. The Service is delivered through our website at cloneoperator.com and through third-party platforms including Whop (product delivery) and various AI service providers.

Accounts and Access

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may not share your account access with others unless explicitly permitted
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases are processed through Whop, our authorized payment processor
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change
  • Payment plans, where offered, must be completed in full
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee on the Clone Operator core product. To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Complete the setup modules
  • Attend your Clone Launch Sprint (if included in your purchase)
  • Produce at least 10 pieces of content using the system
  • Request the refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing neal@cloneoperator.com

Refunds for done-for-you services, upsells, and add-ons are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss.

Intellectual Property

  • The Clone Operator system, including software, modules, templates, and documentation, is our intellectual property
  • Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the system
  • Content you create using the system belongs to you — we claim no ownership of your output
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the Clone Operator system without written permission
  • The shared community repo is licensed for personal and internal business use only

AI-Generated Content

Clone Operator uses AI technologies including voice cloning, language models, and avatar generation. You acknowledge that:

  • You will only create AI clones of yourself or people who have given explicit consent
  • You are responsible for ensuring your AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service
  • You will not use the system to create deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • AI outputs may occasionally contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing

SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Clone Operator including event reminders and promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile number will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

By providing your email, you consent to receive transactional and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers, APIs, and platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Changes to third-party services may affect functionality.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Create AI clones of individuals without their consent
  • Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components
  • Resell access to the Service or its components
  • Use the Service to compete directly with Clone Operator

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

Results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or growth from using Clone Operator. Success depends on many factors including your effort, niche, audience, and market conditions. Testimonials and case studies represent individual results and are not guarantees.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
